Ybrant Digital Limited, Hyderabad based digital marketing services company, has acquired Max Interactive Pty., Ltd., leading ad network in Australia in an all cash transaction.
Max Interactive is primarily a sales and marketing network engaged in banner-based web advertising, mobil
e, and eMail marketing; and the acquisition will give YBrant an access to APAC market.
Earlier this year, YBrant acquired DreamAd, an Argentine company to get access to Latin America market.
