One that I don't see listed here is WordPress Mobile Pack. I just did a comparison of it to the WPtouch iPhone Theme in my post on WordPress Mobile Blogging. Personally, I love the features on WPtouch, as they are more rich and allow for more plugin compatibility. Plus neither plugin redirects you to another site.

Allows you to create posts, upload photos and perform comment moderation all from your handset.

It looks great on every phone, not just high end ones!
