Quick note on unpluggd event -  we are pretty much sold out and have only 1-2 seats left.

So if you plan to attend, do register at the earliest (those who have registered so far are anyways confirmed).

We received a lot of mails from Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad entrepreneurs asking for a way to dial-in. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like a possibility for this event – but we will work out a solution for the next edition.

Moderators

- Sujai Karampuri, Founder Sloka Telecom
Sujai is known for his candid opinions- he runs an “unfunded” startup and has managed to retain talented employees. He will share his experiences..and has some great insights to share with the other startups.

- Anshuman, Cofounder Careernet.
Having worked with corporates and helped them with hiring, Careernet has started a business unit focused on helping startups with hiring. They work with VC firms (and their portfolio companies) and help them with defining salary structure etc.
They will share the gap in startups’ hiring strategy, perspective from VC industry etc.

- You, yes you
You are an entrepreneur who is in a growth stage (maybe early growth) and you need to hire smart people. There are certain areas you need to get ideas from other startups (remember – there is no ‘right strategy’), you need to understand from others on mistakes to avoid and how to structure salaries etc.
Also, you could be somebody who wants to join a startup and needs to understand the ‘other side of the world’.

Event Format
No PPT. No Panel discussion. Super Interactive.
