UK Based 2Ergo Acquires ActiveMedia, Mobile Marketing and VAS Provider

UK based 2Ergo, mobile marketing firm has acquired ActiveMedia Technologies, India based mobile marketing and VAS player.

ActiveMedia Technologies employs over 50 people and has operations in London, New Delhi, and Mumbai. Its technology platform is integrated into the majority of India’s major mobile phone operators, including Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Reliance and Tata.

The acquisition gives 2ergo access to the Indian market (AMT is currently one of the leading providers of mobile value added services and solutions, deploying mobile coupons, vouchers, ticketing and loyalty programmes).

      Since these two companies had merged … well sort of like that, i will definitely bring a tough competition with other key players in mobile marketing.
