There are a couple of designer marketplaces/websites, but the market is too fragmented to be labelled saturated.
The latest marketplace to lure designers is a Mumbai based startup, Scopial (derived from ‘Scope’ and ‘Espial’, i.e.Scope for Discovery)
Scopial is an online community based T-shirt design company with an ongoing design contest wherein designers, art enthusiasts and T-shirt fanatics from various parts of the world submit their designs.
These designs are voted by the community members on a scale of 1 to 5. Every fortnight a design is declared winner and the winner is rewarded Rs. 20,000 (USD400) cash.
Scopial is a direct competition to Inkfruit- but as I said earlier, the market is too fragmented and can easily accommodate few more players.
The site is neatly laid out and the startup is making good attempts to reward users for their participation (using ‘Scopial Rupees’)

Designs at Scopial are cool… but still in starting phase. They should have more selection…
While at Inkfruit it is pretty vast collection of designs to choose from!
@Ravi: I am Arshia from Scopial. Thanks for your comment. You very rightly pointed that we currently have less selection. But as we have recently started and have a contest cycle of 15 days, we have limited designs in our catalog.
We will soon be declaring winner once every week. This way we will rapidly build up our catalog.
