		<description>A very timely and well thought topic. I can&#039;t agree more that the first steps google takes, are more human. Yes, their recent innovations havent really pulled the paints off the walls, but the buzz that they have something new is good enough. Good enough to have people twittering  / socializing about it.

Indian startups need to have this kind of approach. They should atleast hire 1 person specialied for this or least.. have a consultant train people on this aspect.
