Is 200 crore cost per year?.that sounds lot less compared to combined revenue they generate on whole.

Still,I think this will help them to increase margins,and also i will be happy to buy a ticket at less cost.looks like good idea

Orbitz’ reason for success was that the Airlines helped it significantly lower customer acquisition costs – which helped Orbitz ramp up even though it came late to market. Probably this is how Rang7 will also work when it is launched.

Tried a return flight Bom-DEL-BOM sector on Rang7 and Ixigo. Ixigo’s fare was 200/- cheaper than Rang7.
Wonder how they do that Still would want to see Rang7 in full flow once its up and running.
