Hi Ashish , thanks a lot for mentioning BPO Voice.
Our core idea is to give the BPO Guys a platform where they can gain/share their domain related expertise and put their collective intelligence to some constructive use. We need such supporting comments as this is one of the small step towards building a healthy image of the BPOs and its professionals

This should not be surprising at all. During my childhood a colour TV and subsequently satellite 'dish' TV became a rage. Today, do we write blogs about it? No. I guess, as time passes people start understanding the exact range of posssible solutions a partciular innovation has addressed, and becomes 'part' of life.(Hence the dictum: Find genuine pain-points for a sustainable business.)
My guess is that similar path will be taken by Indian mobile-VAS, geo-mapping and similar services. So long as people don't get sick and tired of executing 'concept arbitrages' (They have actually found an intellectual-sounding word for what academicians simply call plagiarism.), one Facebook will mutate to form several clones en-route Peak of Inflated expectations.
