In the good old days, Gandhi and Nehru travelled (Third class) to meet their voters personally. It cost the party (and the nation a lot less. And produced better results. These new breed of politicians do not have time to meet their voter personally. I know that once elected they do not have time but now even before being elected they do not have time!!! If you don’t give your customer personal attention he’ll go to the shop where he gets it!!!

@Naman, Honestly – very few. Netizens tend to do anything that can be tweet-ed, fwd-ed..but when it comes to real stand, I see a completely different point of view. Have felt this over few blog posts @ pluggd.in + generally as well.

Search for Narendra Modi, Sonia Gandhi or Prime Minister of India on Google and you’ll see an ad from Mr. Advani. The guys handling Advani’s net campaign seemed to have done their homework. Search for Pakistan and you see and ad about BJP’s foreign policy which again leads to lkadvani.in. Interesting!
