Sneakcast, India based Video Search Engine officially dead

Sneakcast, video search engine (an Indian startup) is officially dead (though we announced their march towards deadpool in May 2008 itself).

Utkarsh (founder)’s tweet:

officially shelved Sneakcast.com as we could not raise the desired funding.Other investors thanks for s’portin us in our ‘NEXT’ venture.;)

Sneakcast joins our short-circuit pool.

As far as product was concerned, it was an aggregator of videos across the web and the space is already overcrowded with no monetization strategy on the sight.
