Facebook is interactive and more about multiway communication between equals. All parties here are open to speaking to others and also listening to them. Twitter on the other hand does a good job of speaking without having to listen. Quite good for high profile people who everyone wants to listen to, but who can&#039;t possibly listen to so many followers and may choose a different set of people &#039;they&#039; listen to.

Twitter needs to understand its niche better and become a specialist at it. And Facebook needs to understand its niche and not try to control too much.
