All parties here are open to speaking to others and also listening to them. Twitter on the other hand does a good job of speaking without having to listen. Quite good for high profile people who everyone wants to listen to, but who can't possibly listen to so many followers and may choose a different set of people 'they' listen to. Twitter needs to understand its niche better and become a specialist at it. And Facebook needs to understand its niche and not try to control too much.
