Indian govt. has asked all ISPs to block SavitaBhabhi.com, the famous adult toon site, that features a married woman’s sexual adventures.
CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities) has confirmed the development (source) and said that the site owners haven’t come back questioning the decision.
Few days back, we covered the new IT act bill amendment that almost enables Indian govt. to block any website without any provision to contest the decision. and the IT Act 2008 Bill which terms publishing of obscene material offensive.
Savita Bhabi – Website Traffic
With an Alexa rank of 1,078 (85th most-visited Indian website), SavitaBhabhi enjoys a very ‘focused’ traffic and since the domain is not registered in India, it would be interesting to see whether the cultural angle of obscenity will play a strong role in banning the site (to give you some context, nothing happened in Celina Jaitley/Gizomodo case.).
And if that’s the case, what about tons of other sites who are running porn sites as pure porn play as compared to Savitabhabhi, which can still be termed creative (it’s all in your mind!)?
What’s your take on this issue?
Interesting part is that the site is still running and Savitabhabhi founders haven’t received any letter from CCA. So it still is in your mind!
Some of the related stuff

WTF? I hope Indian Gvt. spends it’s time in more productive stuff rather than robbing Indians of this creative entertainment.(It’s much much better than filming MMS and showing rape videos on the sites .. )
BTW if you do want to access the site stlll, use a regular proxy like hidemyass.com
I think Indian Govt. has made my task easier. It has quite been some days when I started suffering the name curse bestowed due to having a very real name similar to my virtual counterpart. But I liked learning about SEO and all and would continue learning it and make some worthwhile sites rather than concentrating my energies on BAD Keywords.
They should first shutdown the debonirblog.com site – if they are seriously after making india porn free.
There is already a “savesavita” campaign running in the web
http://www.savesavita.com/..they give tips to access the website using anonymous proxies.
Why do you say that the IT act amendment “almost enables Indian govt. to block any website” It gives the complete right, doesn’t it?
It does..but I am sure there are enough loopholes for one to get across.. – that’s why – “almost”
So what, start the website with a new name KavitaBhabhi.Com or something and enjoy it
They have already started a site named kavitabhabhi.in which is a bullshit. Nothing hot. A worthless fucking site. Assoles.
hahahagahahaahah
Why Govt. don’t ban real shameless bhabhis openly roaming in backless cholis & transparent blouses? At least these real shameless bhabhis entry should be banned near schools & colleges.
wat the fuck..
Why ban Savita bhabi which is TAME compared to the xx softcore [item songs and dances rolling over interlocked and water scenes] censor passed and shown openly. I know some ladies who draped the coital figures on temples.
That’s my point as well! has it been banned because of it’s ‘cultural’ angle? then what about these reality shows?
Are you guys protesting the concept of banning itself or are you trying to say that this particular ban was unwarranted?
I simply don’t understand this line of argument — Why did they ban X, when Y is clearly worse.
My pt is very simple – there are enough reality shows/sizzle that’s happening on your TV set amounting to slow poisoning. Govt. should take care of that first. If at all, a site has to be banned start with all those hard core porn sites in India.
My point is that government has absolutely no business going around banning stuff. There is a lot of other stuff it needs to put in order before it can waste it’s time on moral policing.
hey enjoy you fans! this is a cheat url to see savitabhabhi online and thank me
http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://www.savitabhabhi.com
First ban media channels showing obscene ads , the countless sex blogs out there then youtube than the indian porn industry.. scandal sites MMS clips etc. SB is the most non offensive fantasy porn as for as i came to know after all these buzz… if the website goes online thay will have a better rank on alexa like what piratebay gained after the lawsuits and MPAA actions..
IT WAS A GOOD SITE FOR THE REFRESHMENT OF MENTALLY TIRED PERSONS WORKING HARD FOR THEIR BUSINESS.
IF GOVT HAS BANNED THIS SITE THAN WHY ARE THEY WAITNING FOR
-OTHER FULLY NAKED SITES.
-SEXY SCENES ON TV SHOWN DURING PRIME TIME
THESE THINGS ARE ALSO EASILY SEEN BY THE TEENAGERS.
BANNING THIS ONE SITE IS NOT JUST A SOLUTION.
PLEASE REMOVE THE BAN FORM THIS SITE.
can you tell me the site pls

I am stoutly against internet censorship in any way shape or form… I’m not surprised that the site was banned in India, however. It’s one of the most conservative countries I’ve ever lived in.
Welcome to India, the biggest democracy in the world.
Bullshit.
please tell me about savita bhabhi.is she sexy?
SHE IS VERY BAD AND SHE HAS NO HER FUTURE.THAT IS WHY I THINK THAT WE SHOULD NOT THINK FOR HER.
THANK TOU
it should be band because so many youth spoiling their self by visiting this site and a evil thought come in their mind.most of the young when ever they use to browse the internet they maximam search porn site it was found that one survey which was has done inhyd
Just another act of hypocrisy by the Indian government.
Question: What does the government intends to achieve with this?
Answer: Controlling cultural and sexual obscenity.
Q: Is it effective?
A: Not at all. Just seems childish.
Q: Was this site really worth this action?
A: First of all there are thousands of porn web sites (Indian) over internet. Banning it apparently because it was the only one ‘visible’ to the policy makers because of its increasing popularity seems too naive and immature decision.
