RedBus.in Raises Series A from Inventus Capital
redBus.in, the bus ticketing service has raised Series A from Inventus Capital (we told as we mentioned earlier).
redBus clocked Rs. 30 crores revenues in 2008 (as mentioned by Kanwal Rekhi of Inventus Cap) and the fund will be used for expansion.
redBus raised angel round from seedfund and has shown an impressive traffic growth (please note that web is a channel for them, they have offline distribution as well – like partnership with Comat, Karnataka etc).
Inventus Capital plans US$125 million India fund targeting early-growth India companies and has invested in TeliBrahma.
