  • Aspects of Product Marketing
  • Case studies from the technology world.

This won’t be as intensive as the 1-day workshop (we will have some exercises), but I will touch upon the most important aspects of product management/strategy that will help startups.

        Are you going to cover agile practices such as FDD, SCRUM in these..I have used SCRUM very effectively before in my previous product development cycles…However, I found the lack of engineering dimesion to the methodology and has adoptied FDD lately but still looking for more practical case studies

          Given that the workshop is for ~3 hours, we will mainly focus on bringing the market understanding to an actionable item – be it feature/concept..
          I won’t really touch the scrum part, as that’s quite techie in nature and the core concept is to not talk about ‘how to build product’, but ‘what to build’!
