However, in my humble opinion the risk of that peak is experiencing the same dynamic like when the floodgates open or when a dam gets breached. If consumer preference remains at doing this offline, can you imagine doing 100K+ returns in less than 5 days. That is a lot of temp staff, training, QC, facilities rental, computer rental, document transfers of hard copies in one week. The complexity could be challenging, and not least because what if one builds all this capacity but customers end up getting distributed across other service providers because they had been advertising earlier in the season.

Too bad your company was late in giving you your Form 16. Our experience, to generalize grossly, is that most companies are a little late out of the blocks to give out Form 16s. Hopefully, digital signatures, digitization of these forms and better internal processes through automation of payroll etc. will help speed things up in the coming years.
