PointRoll, US based rich media advertising company has partnered with Komli and the latter will represent them in India (exclusive partnership).

PointRoll’s proprietary technology enables advertisers to run rich media campaigns and the company serves more than 70 billion rich media impressions each year and works with around two-thirds of the Fortune 500 companies (source)

PointRoll owns 60% market share in US (rich media advertising) and Komli will now offer rich media advertising solutions such as expandable ads, page takeover ads and page tear ads across their ad networks as well as agencies/publishers.

Are we ready for rich media advertising? What’s your opinion?

Komli recently launched ViziSense, an audience measurement tool that intends to help advertisers and media planners in understanding (and planning spend) visitor pattern across various Indian websites.

Komli has the most god awful annoying pop unders ads. It gets past Firefox and IE. Does anyone of a plugin that can disable it ? To see it in action visit the oneindia.in websites (thatskannada, thatstamil, etc)

    Use AdBlocker
Even though we all hate these popunders, publishers will use it – they do hv to monetize the eye-balls
