respected sir, am mr.sanjay i am having nokia 5230 today i got problem in my set which was improper fitting of pannel & little bit scratches were there so i decided to replace it bt the person by name ganesh is nt responsing to my request his behaviour n talking manner is not so good while talking to customer he eats ghutka & all. he wont talk properly while eating that & he says it will take 1 month to replace the front frame which is under waranty am not at all satisfied when i asked why it takes so much time he talked very rashly n said to go to banglore or give complaint. i hope you will take proper action on this. -urs faithfully sanjay malagi 9916661432

I do not required this service on my mobile no 9003207362.Pls withdraw immediately.Otherwise i will crush the nokia mobile.In future i will not buy the nokia mobile.
