NetCore acquires Greynium, the company behind OneIndia.in and Click.in

NetCore Solutions Pvt Ltd has acquired Greynium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company behind OneIndia.in and Click.in.

NetCore’s founder and Managing Director, Rajesh Jain, had earlier invested in Greynium through his personal venture capital fund, Emergic Venture Capital.

The acquisition will help build NetCore gain momentum in local language space, gives them reach (across Internet and mobile) and revenue (from ads, lead generation, content subscriptions and commerce) and will compliment MyToday offering.

This acquisition will help MyToday build more entertainment/news sms packs as well.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
