Jaxtr sucks. They promise priority support with the premium service. Responses take for ever. Email billing, email customer service, email tech support and all answers come from a man named Allen. This must be their only employee. Also, be very careful about their rates. They advertise very low rates, but when billed do not be surprised to pay over 300% more. They will respond and tell you that the number you call is in a special area of that country that has a higher cost. This happened to me and the so called special area is an area that over 50% of the people live in. What a lie. Screw this company.

They are thieves for sure.. I had a jaxtr premium account ($50 per month) which promised good minutes. My account was always zero-ed at the end of the month (even if I didn’t talk) and $50 was actually being deducted twice a month from my account! The quality sucks. I was charged even after disabling my plan. They don’t even have a customer support number to call (only email) and they have stopped responding to my emails about reimbursement.

Jaxtr was the only cheap way for me to get in touch with people abroad….what do they mean by illegal usage? I do not understand…when TRAI is doing so much to make communication accessible cheaply to the masses…..this should be given a green signal. Please guys at the top, we need to talk with our near ones outside. If you can not make the international calls cheap then do not take away the alternative options from us.

Yeah i received this email as well… its very sad…i am a consistent user of jaxtr calling . I always use jaxtr to connect to my friends in the US =/ i hope they get it fixed damn soon.
