Thanks a lot for your informative article. I would also like to know that what about those informations or secrets that a solicitor empployed in a law firm comes to know by virtue of handling sensitive information of the client.he will not come under the purview of the NDA between the client and his employees, and generally the client never enters into NDA with his lawyer.

Kindly enlighten me on this.
Thanks and regards

Kartik, A NDA can be signed between two individuals too. Any agreement has to be on a stamp paper. In Karnataka, a simple agreement (without an indemnity clause) requires a Rs.50/- stamp paper.

Thanks,
Sharda

Dear Sharda,

Thanks a ton for your article !

I would like to know whether NDA has to signed between two entities(that means registered organisations) or can it be also signed between 2 individuals.

If it is signed between 2 individuals then what should be the mode of signing agreement(i.e on stamp paper ?)

Please throw light on these issues

Thanks PG. You need to consider legal training in the organisation as a continuous education process. Sure can help in the implementation process.

Thanks,
Sharda

Hi Sharda, There is so much behind signing a NDA is something that I had not thought of. Would you advice on the entire process to be followed in the organisation on managing confidentiality?
I'm glad that you write so clearly (that a non-legal person can understand)
Keep it coming!
