      “It’s time to not go to work, its time to get people to work for you” (Such double standards)

      I will rather put it this way

      “It’s time to not got to work, its time to work with people on a mutually beneficial terms” (Stop treating your employees like employees when you never liked being one, treat them as partners, some people are happy being employees, let them be employees to you but if someone wants to be a partner to your company, you should accommodate them too)

      Hopefully sometime soon we can see some good examples of this. (We have seen many in the past)
