      Too bad really, seems like a lack of ethics completely ruined what would have been a good survey.

      I think it would be really interesting to put up a count of how many spammy comments have been received on the poll related posts.

      Publishing the comment numbers up would put a new spin on “trust”…

        Actually, comment spams do not matter when it comes to counting the votes.
        many of these comment spams arised because people were seeing ‘results’ screen (since multiple voting is not allowed from same IP address).

      A post with all the comments mapped to the portals they were made for against the actual votes the portal received! Would give a pretty clear picture of things. What say?

      Might not matter when it comes to counting the votes, but it will publicly show who’s spamming the comments and, obviously, the spammers will have done what they can to game the results…
