i have suffered a lot from your customer service operators.. my experience :-i have spoken
to 4 or 5 executives regarding unwanted messages and it was happening even after registering
in dnd.even though i was receiving two or three messages per day i was silent but today
the numbers increased and it was increasing day by day.i spoke to rajan tiwari today at
07:48 and was telling him this issue,he didn’t even know the way to speak and that guy DE
ACTIVATED the dnd.when i asked why he said i thought u want offer messages..i was clear
on call and my rate of speech was low enough for any person to understand..i dont know the
way you hire the people over there or do u have a quality team..i dont think he ever recieved training
..if the quality team is there i dont think
they record the calls or give feedback…
today the water is above my head so i came here
to let you guys know about ur service,i dont think anything better will happen in future
but just an advise if u dont know to run an organization.please close it..as other people
should not suffer like me..when i asked rajan to transfer the call to the team
