RCom is closed to acquiring Vanco, London-based global virtual network operator.

Vanco has over 200 clients, has alliance with 700 operators worldwide and is valued at ~$800mn + [source]

The acquisition will boost RCom’s ambition of being top data communication provider worldwide.

MTN Dance

Now that Bharti has pulled out of the MTN deal, RCom has started the talks with MTN (after a failed attempt last year).

As I said earlier, a deal of this size will go thru’ it’s own dance-and-flirt game and media very often plays the dancebar – so it ain’t over till it’s really over!
