Nope.As per the basic recommendations of TRAI, Mobile Number Portability will be allowed only within a Service Area (License Circle)

There are several important questions that need to be answered.

Will the user have to go through KYC check everytime?
What if some due is pending?
For entry level customers the cost of acquisition is higher than their revenue potential. The starter packs are available as companies intend to migrate them to better services later. What will happen to starter packs now??

BTW, Will MNP be applicable if user changes the operator in another circle ?
