The core Platform Features Include: Audio/ Telephony, Multipoint Video, Chat, File Search, Whiteboard, File-sharing, Presentation, Remote Monitoring & Controlling, Co-authoring, CRM, and more.
VMukti 1.x offers built in widgets for categories like
communication, collaboration (Video, Audio, Telephony, Chat and more), vertical markets (Call center, tele-education) and more. Current release offer built in RIA Web widgets for vertical market call center industry including but not limited to enterprise p2p predictive dialer, dynamic script, dynamic leads & crm, live p2p reports, p2p relational database..
VMukti’s open source nature makes it an extended platform that can be consumed in different ways:
