ReviewGist (profiled earlier) has added comparison platform and recommendation engine, a feature that I suggested them during my earlier review.

Also, the team has launched India specific site, reviewgist.in and uses the same platform as the .com site, just that the prices are fetch from indian sites like Sify, IndiaTimes, CafeGadgets, Gadgets.in etc.

The comparison feature is nicely done and one can compare different products based on the related comparison parameters.

ReviewGist has smartly used the limited real estate on the site – one can read the reviews for each parameter by hovering on the review chart; and overall the user experience is very cool.

I suggest the team to have “forwarded” urls (i.e. pretty permalinks) for reviews/comparisons – apart from seo, it also enhances the viral nature of the product.

What do you think?

Give the product a spin and do share your comments.

I have tried reviewgist (US) a couple of times and the graphs that they present are very interesting.

I wish them best of luck with their India release
