Rentimental is broker free service that is present in Mumbai (primarily), Delhi, Ahmedabad and recently started their Bangalore operations.
Brokers are charged subscription fee and Rentimental doesn’t charge them on a per transaction basis (instead, provide them a minimum sale guarantee).
Unlike other services, service providers are charged fee and consumers aren’t – a smart move to grow the market and help service providers to reach out to wider audience.
While the concept is interesting (though there are jagged edges in the site), popup ads serves as a serious irritating experience (the site has partnered with admagnet) – I sincerely request the team to look into this (go for text ads)

I think they need lots of improvements in the portal. I tried several combinations and 3-4 times and every time i got the message no results found. Possibly they have kisted several city but data is not sufficient.
Another issue i found is, while i am filling up all search criteria, on the search result page, when it shows zero results, i can see all my search parameters have almost lost and need to reselect it all.
Popup ads are more than irritating.

On the Homepage I Selected Residential Properties, but again it asks to select the business type. Pop-up ads are no way complimentary or similar, and in way more in number so iritates. The best part is even if you have a pop-up blocker, ads are still there :p.
