		<description>I don&#039;t think that the browser will be the next os jump like from txt to GUI, just because of the fact that for an Internet browser to work, you need to have the internet, and that costs money which not everyone has. Untill the internet is totally free (that means without restrictions like the FFC hopes to do with the free wireless network they want to make) the browser will remain the tool of an os and not be one.</description>
