We are having the parental property in village uchat district mahendergarh haryana. my grand pa win the case of “hakshuffa” about this land in 1960s. According to the “jamabandi” records of that time the owner was my grand pa and the kashtekar was other one without of any rental value. My grand pa was expired in 1965. The ownership of that land was not transferred on our parents name due to some family reasons and of course about succession certificate. From early those days we have not done farmer activities due to lack of water resources. The “jamabandi” records of till date showing my rand pa as owner of the land, but the names of the kashtkar is changed by mean of father to son and relatives. In2003-4 records the situation was remaining the same. In jamabandi records of 2005-6 the owner of the land was my grand pa but the kashtkar was declared as “gair marrusi”, but the rental value column of jamabandi was not filed means empty, and the lagan column is filed as govt. rules. In2006 the kashtkar made the fraud registry by standing another person as my belated rand pa .they also kept the record of intkal on their own name and sold the property to another one in 2007. In between someone among the villagers made it in notice of thesil office and at the time of second registry of that land the fraud maker submitted the affidavit of recognizing the false person as my grand pa. We get the knowledge of about this all in mid of 2007 and we make the suit on them. After our consistence in high court the agrim jamanat of those persons are canceled and they are in custody of police. In district court the hearing of the case has not been started till the date. Every time of the date the date has been extending by 14en to 15en days, our lawyer sawing this that the add has not been submitted the complete challan so they are getting the extending date. Same while the last purchaser of that land and the relatives of the fraud makers are insisting us for compromise in just foolish amount. Please help me in this mater advise me for the work of action. I am a poor gay please help me

my sister’s husband died last year at mathura. they had been living separately for about 29 years.the concerned govt department is now asking for succession certificate for payment of his pf, gratuity etc. as some other woman has also claimed to be his widow. as the govt rules provide that second marriage is void while the first wife is still living, and that succession certificate should be asked when the claimant is not a family member, my sister’s problem is how to make the department decide who the first wife is. Hi,
I am a resident of delhi.
I am facing very difficult time at home.
Before my grand father expired, he wrote a will stating all the property on my name. Although all of his 6 childrens are alive, but he didnt gave anything to any one else except some amount of money.
There are 6 childrens of my grand father, my dad his brother and 4 sisters.
Now since none of them got anything substantial, they regularly have a fight with us ( with my parents) and now it is becoming untolerable.
The major role in the fight is played by my grand mother as she never liked my dad since birth, she has become a maniac and even do physical torture to my mom. Rest of her descendents support her and tell her the ways she can do so.
I cant bear this anymore. I need legal help now. I am planning to record the fight now, and take all of them in court.
There is no issue in spending money, but i am afraid if even after spending money and time, i get wrong consultant/lawyer.
I also understand that in india maximum no of cases remain pending, with no result out. But atleast i can stop their actions by taking them in court.

My parents have land in my native. They tried to sell the same , they have been cheated by one Broker. Land worth is 1.5 times of actual price. That broker put intermediate commision by informing X value only worth of that land and he tried that same land to some one for 1.5X value. They found that wrong doing from broker just after(1 day after) getting advance amount from that broker. So, They are not willing to sell the same to that broker. The period mentioned was within one month of advance amount. Now already 25 days over. We got advocate notice only by today. The notice says that within next five days my parents not agree to give that land, then they need to pay the loss to that broker. The loss amount was not mentioned in that notice.
Please suggest us, what shall we do now?

Iam one year old married lady even before my marriage my hubby had started a cyber cafe in his name with an investment of 1lakh Rs as advance & 1llakh Rs worth of computer system set up as my hubby was working he told his elder brother(unmarried) to take care of the cyber as he was jobless well his brother agreed for it and he promptly bought all the earnings of cyber to house every day, well meanwhile they had leased out an house for 3yrs with the amount of 4lakhs in my hubbys brothers name out of which one lakh belonged to my motherinlaw and one lakh belonged to my brotherrinlaw and remaning 2lakhs was my hubby amount (they had a piece of land in there village they sold it for 4lakhs which was equally distributed among my hubby his brother, his married sister and his mother so this was the investment done to lease out the house) well after my marriage they was some misunderstandings well the brothers had exchnage of words and decided to settle down the things so we approached one of there relatives who had taken care of my hubbys family when his father passed away , well they all came to a conclusion that my hubby has to hand over the cyber to his brother & give me a cash of 50000Rs. we agreed for that like wise the house agreement was changed to my hubbys name and cyber to his brother and he stopped bringing the cyber money to home and intially agreed to pay 2000rs for his monthly expenses but landed up with 1500rs and also we paid extra 1.5lakhs (mine & my hubby money) and extened the lease period for 3 more years things went on smoothly for a couple of months meanwhile my dad came forward to get us one plot as we stayed in a lease house but my motherinlaw coudnt resist that so she started pinching my brotherinlaw about that and everynight we had a fight so a week back even we gave of his 50000rs and he moved out of the house but he didnt agree to sign on a stamp paper as to he has taken the money but he a signed on a normal printed paper, now two days back my motherinlaw has started a new issues that even she want to go out of the house and stay with her elder son i.e my BIL so she is asking for the money right now we dont have any money with us we have made some debts for which we are struggling hard to repay, now my problem is we dont have any money and not in a position to make any more loans when my hubby spoke to our house owner to repay our money he is not responding properly offcourse we have an agreement (5.5 lakhs )in my hubbys name we have repayed my brotherinlaw 50000rs and we have to repay 1lakh to my motherinlaw offcourse there is nothing in writing that we have to give my motherinlwas the money, but we dont wont to cheat her we will definetly give her money once the land lord gives us, but our land lord is not cooperating with our problem inspite he is making it big by joining with my MIL & BIL, my MIL is a very silent killer she never speakes but does things silently & she is very talented in telling lies and she takes advantages of her age , PLEASE tell me how to get back our money from our landlord, and tell me how to prepare for further circumstances because iam scared if mY BIL & MIL starts demanding more money please guide me iam lost

sir, i am from Orissa.i am a practising advocate in District Judge Courts. i seek a legal view upon a question affecting people of ten districts popularly known as western orissa.Obviously this question is also rest much importance for people of Orissa.My point relates to constitution of a permanent / circuit bench of Orissa High Court at places other than Cuttack. If we look back to history of Orissa High Court (in short O.H.C.) has been constituted by virtue of Art.10 of Orissa High Court Order 1948.It has force equally as with an act of parliament.Art.10 says “The High Court of Orissa, its Judges and Division Courts thereof shall sit at such places in the province of Orissa as the Chief Justice may,with the approval of Governor Of Orissa,appoint. Seat of the Supreme Court : art.130 of Constitution of India say,: The Supreme Court shall sit in Delhi, or at such other place or places as the Chief Justice of India may with the approval of President of India,appoint. In the abovenoted laws certainly discretion / authority has been given by constitution upon C.J.But in compare to Article 130 of C.O.I. have given more rate and amount of discretion and/or authority to C.J. than Art.10 of Orissa High Court Order,1948. Art 130 authorise hon’ble C.J.I. to appoint seat of apex court to one or more benches,apart from the mother seat at n.delhi.On the same rate of interpretation Art.10 authorise to hon’ble C.J.,O.H.C. to appoint places for sitting of O.H.C.So their control is upon ther word “such” as stood before the word “places”,and not upon the word “places” so as to caused the apex court of Orissa to sit in one place i.e.,Cuttack.What my little brain out of 7 years of practise meant me to be understood. I had a business in partnership with one of my friend of an agency and we had taken loans from different banks for running these business both personal and business loans and also one personal secured business loan from an nationalised bank where by my other partners property is being kept as security and now entire business is collapsed i was not active partner in this busness since i was also working with reliance company so my entire business is being runned by the other partner now after its collapse all the banks are approaching me for repayment of loan since my mother is having a fixed property worth 50 lacs and i am her only son with two daughters we are muslims and the other partner is christian currently after getting the heavy pressure i left india to dubai however i did cleared all the personal loans in my name which is being taken for business purpose ans also agreed to clear 50% of business loan which is unsecured however now my partner is asking me to to even repay the loan of his secured property and his harrasing my mother and ssters in this regard with marching local goons all the above mentioned loans we cleared by selling our home and whose sale is yet to be finalised pending registration with the buyer now my partner is saying he shall not the sale unless i clear his dues i have no source to pay what should i do should i come in front of him negotiate with him or file an case agaisnt for harassing and forcing what are my legal rights and how to overcome this situation and what adverse effect he could do to me. He had also changed one blank bond paper which i signed and kept in office for purchase of property as if i did took entire amount and ran away what should i do please advise and advise me at the earliest.

>Yr 1978,seller took I.T permission and Ceiling Permission from
Land Revenue Dept from I.T dept of Jodhpur and Raipur,where
both joint owners very staying at time of Registry,for
selling the property to us.
> YR.1979 seller sold the property in 2 parts through POA and
given us their possession and their original documents.
> Yr.1979, we received notices from I.T dept for undervaluing
the property in Registry.
> Yr.1980 we transferred both property in Muncipal Dept,
Electricity Dept and got Industrial License for Saw Mill in
a Plot.
> Yr.1985 we got muted one property in our name in land revenue
records.
> Yr. 1991 S.B.I made party in a case for keeping our property
mortgaged and taking personal guarantee against loan.(for
property muted in our name in yr 1985)
> Yr.2003 we submitted our both registries in a civil case
against the present POA of seller.
>Yr. 2005 we lost a registry with original and only copy of
Seller POA copy received by us at time of Registry.we filed
complaint in local police station and given advertisement in
Newspapers for lost.
> In march 2005 we muted second property in our name ,in which
we are staying from the time of registry .
>IN nov. 2005 seller got our mutation cancel order but they got
order in name of only 5 joint owners,whereas we got muted in
6 joint owners.They got cancellation order without making us
party in really.
we challenged the above order immediate in dec.
>IN 2005,stating that they never served us any notices and not
got order against all the names in whose name mutation was
there.
> Yr 2006 we won the case against S.B.I, in DRT,JABALPUR .
> YR 2006 we filed case civil suit for title deed ,and for
status quo as we got threat from mafias for leaving the
property.
> seller,became EX-party as they not responded to all the
Registerd notices and paper advertisement published at their
place of stay,given by the court.
> YR 2007,seller appeared in the case and given power of just
1/4 area to their Relative who stay very near to us,in our
city,and became party in the case.
> Yr 2008 POA holder refused the Registry of 1979 and stated
that they never gave POA to anybody for Executing Registry.
Here he is telling,Pleading about whole property whereas he was
given power of approx 1/4 of the property which we are
claiming.
Yr 2009 case is still going on in Land Revenue Court and Civil Court,where we filed the case against them.
DETAIL HAPPENING AND REQUEST.

factory shed with open plot,for it- we got our name
transferred in Land Revenue Records in 1985,but other
property was a Residental building,in which we are

Dept,Electricity Dept but not transferred in land
Revenue
Records.
> > Now our problem is that we lost a registry and with it
original copy of power of Attorney holder in 2005,for
which
we gave advertisement in newspaper and filed a report

police station for lost.We dont have now another copy
of Power Of attorney and after getting knowledge of lost of
Power of attorney by us,seller started trying to sale

property ,they also got benefit of their name in land
revenue records.They also got benefit of demise of
P.A.Holder.Now they are refusing the Registries after
approx 30 yrs,according
to them they shifted to Jodhpur in time of registry
and
still stay there,although there brothers etc live very
near
to us and they are only trying to dispose the property
to
some land mafia.They also got removed our name from
Land
Revenue Record of the first plot,by illlegal
manner,without
getting cancel our order of name transfer in Land
revenue
record done by us in yr.1985. Now the whole property
is in
their name in Land Revenue records.
> > We have other documents such as-1>Seller own
original
registries which was got done by them in 1965-66 and
which
was given by them at time of regestries of properties.
> 2>original map and other documents of the
properties of
seller ,got issued by them in 1967 by muncipal dept
for
construction of residential building.
We are in totally possession of both the properties.
> > We submitted our both registries copy in a case in
civil
court
against their Relatives who stay here in year
2003-04.The said relative is now their POA holder in the case we
filed on them.
> > I want to know what is the time limit to challenge a
Registerd Documents.,even when they do not have
possession
actually,they dont have their own registries,which is
also
with us .
> > Our name is in land Revenue Record of one plot as per
our

synopsis,
1. society registered with Delhi registrar of societies 1860
2. as the registrars evidence and letter ,the society has not filed governing body list since thirty years.
3. society has not filed annual return since 30 years.
4. the society has no members traceable .
5 only one husband wife have occupied a premises on behalf of the registered society and not vacating

7 we want the society to be cancelled or declared defunct

I am leaving in a rented mahada apartment for 10 years with my parents and now i am asked by the authorities to vaccant the 1RK house. I have an ration card, Voters card, Telephone Bill, Mobile Bill, Credit card statement, driver’s license and Pan card of the same address so can i do a stay order and get the house by payin rent to MAHADA.
The agent had given me the house on rent and today i get to know that the house is not leagal as per mahada.
Myself Mr. Pankaj, aged 28 residing in Mumbai. Since one year I had an affair with one girl Aged 24. After eight to nine months of our love we had a physical relation two three times. But afterwards I realized that she doesn’t loves me she only loves my money.

But afterwards I told this whole thing to my parents. And my parents suggest me not to contact her in any manner. So I avoid her for one month. Afterwards she gave a phone call at my home & made some noisy, irregular, abuse language with my mother and sister and told that if I will not marry her she will register a RAPE complain against me.
Now she had submitted one application to the Police Station that I had raped her. Now just suggest me how to overcome this matter as there is no chance to marry her because of her shameless character.

as you have mentioned your case..i will suggest you dont scare please..let her put whatever allegations on you but she cant prove it as you have mentioned that you had physical relations with her,but that by medical certificate she cant prove it thats for sure because that may have had happend many times before right. so dont worry. Do one thing you hire any good lawyer and prove that she is of bad character and your family members also will say that she is of bad manners, she called to your relatives and shouted etc…. dont worry every thing will be proper. As you are innocent nothing will happend to you.

After getting the cheque i stopped goin to the company. i deposisted the cheque and the cheque was dishonoured reason is stop payment.

My Father bought a land 20 Years back and have all documents. Recently someother person occupied that land , put one hut and telling that land is mine.After that we asked for QC and in everything it was cleared that land belongs to my father. But those guys are not going. They put fire themselves on the hut and locked a FIR against my father.
The one who occupied our land have some political backup and also have some police friends.
Please let me know how to proceed on this.
I own a piece of land (approx. 11 cents) under municipality in Kerala. The property has neighbors in all the 3 sides. My property is at a low lying area. Of the 3 neighbors – one at the back side of the property who is on the higher side in terms of height is facing rain and other water stagnation issues as there are no water outlet for him. His outward approach road is concreted and he is not able to dig a channel to drain the water. So he is insisting that he would lay a proper pipe (After bearing all the charges) through the side of my property and empty it out in front of my house. At this place also there is no water transportation facility either municipality provided or otherwise.We are buiding a boundry wall across the property. The neighbour is filing for a stay order today.
1.As the construction is in progress, how much time does it take to get the stay order (So that i can finish the boundry wall by that time).
2. How do i vacate the stay order?
