Been in the space of web & design for quite sometime now. I feel this is a closed model. As mentioned above crowdspring / 99 designs already do a great job. 1. Create 'creative spaces' on your portal for design firms. 2. Make the 'jobs' like competition with open entries. 3. Have a pro/enterpise account which can interact with pro / verified designers. my 2 cents. all the best. Good start. Been in the space of web & design for quite sometime now.
