People join an organization but quit their boss, for reasons ranging from bad appraisal to the bossy-nature to lack-of-openness… etc etc..
These reasons are universal, irrespective of where/which industry you work for.
And the only option to handle such a boss is an either-or -approach,i.e.
a)Either you agree to what’er your boss says,
b) Or you quit the organization.

I somehow like this upcoming site…OfficeGupshup.com better. Its more about fun than hatred.
OfficeGupshup.com is a great site with a lotsa features to actually make your boss feel the heat. The best part is that its not a hate site…in fact, the site is made on a light note, wherein you can curse your boss and still feel relaxed. Best part is that other reader’s can pass verdicts on your boss!!! cool site man! it simply rocks. Officegupshup.com clearly gets a 10 on 10 from me.
