To start, do they promise to operate under regular metered tariff?

How to they intend to regulate the drivers(assuming they are existing drivers in Bnglr) who doesn’t like to go to a place which is exact opposite direction of his home for lunch time?

Regular commuters understand what I am talking about.I had to ask atleast 10-15 auto’s every trip while i was working in banglr ( Oh you need the reason..just that my office is highly trafficed segment.atleats thats the reason they give me.. lol)
