It is a city-based shopping website where I do not stock any items but users post items they have and my website would just be a platform between buyers and sellers much like ebay.
I dont plan any servers, everything would run on amazaon or google web servers and third party hosting. Plan to have maximum of two employees. What salary should I give and what software like databases should I buy?

Just wanted to share my new experience.
If your system fails to run due to an error related to missing HAL.DLL, invalid Boot.ini or any other critical system boot files you can repair this by using the XP installation CD. Just boot from your XP Setup CD and enter the Recovery Console. Then launch “attrib -H -R -S” on the C:\Boot.ini file and delete it. Run “Bootcfg /Rebuild” and then Fixboot
