Satyam Supporters Launch Website for Ramalinga Raju

January 1, 2009
By sinha

It seems Ramalinga Raju has a good fan following – some of his supporters have launched ramalingaraju.com, a site dedicated to the ‘goodness’ of Mr. Raju.

Here are some of the interesting messages:

“MYTAS is wrog deal. But still we support you. We request you to acquire more share more in Satyam keep the Satyam alive.”

“I love Mr Raju. He has Vision. At the same time , He should not go into Real Estate and Property Ventures.Being head of Big Software company , he purely dependent on Political leaders in Real estates.I look forward that he put political leaders distinct to his activities. He will introduce more professionalisim in the way he do the things”

This one takes the cake:

“< script type=\”javascript\”>alert(\’RAJU IS GREAT\’);</ script>”

Support for Ramalinga Raju

Launched by an ex-Satyam employee, the site is full of positive things about Mr. Raju and my attempt to send a candid message failed (messages are moderated).

In the time when Satyam is under legal scrutiny, it doesn’t make sense to have these sites add to the spoofy deal.

Makes me wonder where is Satyam’s PR machinery (this is what they were working on?) Why can’t Satyam senior exec team start a blog and come out in open?

What is wrong in a person launching a web site in the name of Ramalinga Raju? who are all the above only after the head of himn?
Cannot we guys look at the good he had done to the software industry and common man with 108. It looks like all the above are only people who look at one wrong move of a person rather then the many good and positive deeds that he done to the society in general.

Now who is wrong? Ramalinga Raju or you guys. Plz think.

By the way I am not an employ of Satyam nor his relative. but I admire him only for what he has done to the society unlike many rich today.

Who said, Satyam is under Legal scruitiny….as specified above………This is a good attempt to atleast stop the Media Maniacs dancing evil.

Good hearts never sleep and will retaliate slowly, but the blow of retaliation by Good Hearts, will be fatal to Media-e-Toiba and to Irresponsible brokers and damp squib institutional investors.

feels sad to see the plight of Mr raju today,as a person who employed 50,000 odd people ,to think that this person may land up behind bars is unimagineable, politicians in this country have made more money and have not contributed anything to this country and they remain free to make more money ,mr raju deserves better

The site has been stopped up now………..

I am the employee of Johnson & Johnson Limited. I strongly requeest all the employees and Managment of Saytam not to leave your father ( Mr Raju), who is the bread and butter of your family. Be supportive to him during this movement. Satyam is your and our own company. Please do not look for other alternative. Sri Sri Ravishankar (Art of Living) says possitive thinking and faith always make thing good. I am going to by Satyam share on Monday. I have full faith on our God father Mr Raju and Satyam. He will never create any problem to you all. Though i am not the employee of Satyam, I have full confidence on my father Mr Raju, He is very innocent. Please be with him and never never think about leaving the Satyam. Jai Gurudeve

    Hello Everyone,

Could you Please support to Ramalingaraju.

    • Latha on February 4, 2009 at 12:06 pm

      @Radha,
Why should we support a criminal. Raju should be killed, if not hanged by the Justice of India. He should be hanged in public, to be a lesson for others. As to why the current government has not taken an immediate action is a mystery and million dollar question. He has committed fraud wantonly by cooking the books. Maybe lot of top brats involved with him. That is why the law is not being allowed to take its course.

  11. RAMA MADDURI on January 10, 2009 at 11:38 am

I strongly believe MR.Raju is a noble man.

  12. Vijay Bhaskar on January 10, 2009 at 12:17 pm

To err is Human, and to forgive is divine. Its not a belief that Satyam R L Raju is a gentle/noble man, its a fact. Else he would not have emerged as a super power. Even a small wrong decision can affect the business at a bigger rate. The same could have been the case with Satyam Raju. And, trying to get out of the bad affect (because of the wrong decision in business), he might have tried out different things which eventually might have failed (here we have to remember the fact that the attempts made in tensions do not succeed). And, every one has to agree that Satyam Raju is a great business leader (I would say ANDHRA “GURU”), lets pray he will be out of this issue ASAP. And lets keep faith in him and request the law (by sending mails to TV9) to relieve him. I strongly believe that we need to encourage people who have skill (like Ramalinga Raju). Given a chance he can get back to his earlier stage. Please do send out mails to TV9 (I found this mail ID, feedback@tv9.net, pls paste the right mail ID if you have) supporting Raju Bhai (a simily to Guru Bhai in GURU film :) ).

I am sorry for those guys who have invested in Satyam shares, but would really like Satyam to emerge back and give them double thier investments. I would like to tell all the share holders to forgive Satyam Raju and keep faith in him or just leave him.

    - Vijay Bhaskar.

    Hi all

Ramalinga raju is a great person , The one mistake he has done is he don’t want to let the satyam down. For that purpose he has transferred all his personal properties to satyam.
From the past three years satyam is in crisis , but ramalinga raju maintained the crisis with his own money and the share holders enjoyed the same.

During this fraud he wont benefitted at least one Rupee , instead he tried to transfer all his personal properties (mytas ) to satyam to cover the loss, more over he is doing so many social services through byrratju foundation as far as I concern he is a god father.

And one guy posted above this chain that he ll take legal action against to ramalingaraju.com site , who the hell are u to take action , if u don’t like the site u just don’t browse it , it may be closed due to in sufficient memory or they may upgrade it , I hope it ll be up soon

  14. Balaji on January 10, 2009 at 7:11 pm

Infosys comments not to hire satyam is indeed good for Satyam and India as a whole.During this time of severe financial crisis employees hobbing around wud make the projects delayed which in turn wud cause severe beating on revenues whichever the company maybe.
Allowing satyam employees to show their loyalty for an organization during this uncalculatable crisis and bringing up would make them personally more satisfying .This would help satyam, customers and India as whole.I fully endorse infosys insightness of not hiring satyam folks at this juncture…Jai hind

Satyam is a big ocean. for future the present setup and gloal link should be safeguarded. In India there are lot of people with good heart and great thoughts. Example jaggi vasudev ,Ravisankarji are the example. Concerned people should conduct these kind of mahans and get immediate remedy

My comments after witnessing the press and media (at 10.00 pm of 10th Jan of 2009) about Sri B. Ramalinga Raju :

    (1) Sri Ramalinga Raju, Is he not the Father of IT Industry and Computer Education in Andhra Pradesh ?

    (2) A MAN with Social Responsibility (through 108 Services) .

    (3) Employer for more than Fifty Three Thousand employees , all over the globe.
A Business Tycoon feeding more than 2 lakh people on this globe.

    (4) A Man who brought name and fame to the people of Andhra Pradesh and to India.

    (5) A Man who slightly boasted the Assets, Profits and the Bank Balance ; just for the sake of his employees and the people of Andhra Pradesh.

    (6) A Man who surrendered himself before the Police.

    I S H E N O T A N O T H E R M A H A T M A O F O U R T I M E S ?

What I should do, to see him back in his Chair ?

    • Kavi on January 11, 2009 at 8:51 am

      @Prof. K.H.S.Subrahmanyam,

So Prof, is that what you teach your kids and your students that to respect a person who steals money, who tells a pack of lies, and who befriends with corrupt politicians? If thats what you teach, may be you should resign from your profession for the good of your own family and for the good of society in large.

      • San on January 11, 2009 at 2:22 pm

        @Kavi
he doesnt not steal any money. He lied…, he lied that the company’s economy funds are raising, and thought of to hide it,just bcos he cud fill the gap later. There are chores across his financial treasures, but nothing was found (if he is a thief)..
But whatever it is..the case was not yet investigated by CID..so it would be better to wait untill then to make the conclusions..!! Be patient..!! Have some mercy..!! Just a request..!!

    • sam on January 23, 2009 at 12:35 am

      @Prof. K.H.S.Subrahmanyam,
Mahatma for someone who faked the accounts which made the investors to invest the money
in Satyam stocks? If it was his private company and he had done so i would not have commented. It is the public investors money he played with or whatever services he spent it on. If he was good business man he should have had guts to face the reality and dare to tell the truth and fight against all odds. He did not do so, instead he started faking and was a coward to tell the truth upfront. If it was not for Global financial meltdown the truth perhaphs would have never come out. Just think about the investors hard earned money they have lost betting on this company.

      @Swathi,

Why are you asking to support a thief, who stole people’s money and put in to his own pocket?

      • Sharmila on January 12, 2009 at 11:23 am

@Kavi, Its not good on you part to abuse such a great person .I have a Question why do you call him thief .Did he took money from you house. Did he told in a press meet that he has put all those money to his pocket .the only thing that went wrong is merging MAYTAS .For this step also i believe that its a correct decision why because now we are facing financial crisis on IT industry its tempory but till two year or so its will be back again so to keep on the company moving Mr.Ramalinga raju might have thought to keep on expanding the business which will be the futher industries (Real Estates). For me nothing is wrong even i have shares in satyam but i have faith in vision on ramalinga raju now almost 50% raise to be seen on the shares as on today and it will grow .

The very thought of whatever thats happening with him was disturbing..n I wonder hw would it be, being in his situation. Oh, i wish god to help him. I think, he is the one who needs god desperately. The thought of such ‘Indians, who r once the richest’ now slept on the floor, without any food in the jail..oh my god..how can god be this creul..?

I dont say that he hadnt committed a mistake..but there are hell lot of people out there, who are in to such cases, and still ponder like they are kings. But i just feel to say that, i think that hes quite innocent to escape/pretend the guilt , like the way most others r doing…!!

Whatever it is, i wish god to take care of him.

I am Ex-employee of Satyam..really i never thought of leaving that company. It is really a very good and gr8 company.. Ramalinga raju is a very goood person. He gave life to so many people from so many years.. he loves all satyamites and company..otherwise company wouldn’t grow like this..and now into 66 countries.. Even after this issue.. i am with him.. i am really praying god that he comesout of this issue. And should again growup and should show it to all.. Even if i would be in loosers list or even if i am a part of Satyam.. now i would say same.. He was.. He is and He is always…. a gr8 person. And he is my role model.. And Ramalinga Raju Garu thanks a lot …that i was able to work in satyam for some period…
    God definitely will save you..

    • Sailaja P on January 12, 2009 at 6:44 pm

@Sridevi, I agree to you completely, again as an ex satyamite, I would never imagine him to do any wrong to anyone, whatever he did was to expand business. Its easy to be with someone when all is bright and joyful, in in testing times like this that people show their back. I still believe he can come out of this provided we supoort and give him the support to survive and fight back. Its not wrong its just that he did not turn out the way he plaaned. Its ok, there’s always a second chance especially for some who provided bread and butter and more to 53,000 associates. Three cheers to Ramalinga Raju and Team. Fight back you will survive and revive your own SATYAM.

    • shankar on January 14, 2009 at 1:10 am

@Sridevi, U r Right Sridevi.Mr.Raju garu is a great man.He should not be punished.I can confidently say because of Dirty politics Mr.raju garu was in jail.First of all politicians must be punished for misleading Raju garu.God definitely will save Mr.Raju garu and Satyam will be in Track.

  27. Sailaja P on January 12, 2009 at 6:53 pm

New Board revives Satyam. That must be a relief to many but my heart still sinks thinking of the plight Mr Ramalinga Raju is going through. A role model, a icon for many young entrepreneurs, how can he be punished. How is law acting so quickly, when its known for taking long in any hearing. Why arrest the man when he has not harmed anyone rather by confessing he has bought into light many loops taht exist in our accounting procedure. He may have lost a deal but he always was a people’s person–concerned and caring. He never deprived anyone of their dues… so why punish him. Rather the government should have helped him by providing interim solution and helping him to take IT and Satyam to the next level. He does not be deserved to be in jail, for sure… I am upset and helpless…I can only request someone to save him and return his dream to him.

  28. ram on January 12, 2009 at 8:21 pm

I haven’t worked for satyam. But I personally feel, raju is a good hearted man. I pray god to save him. He gave many of indians beautiful life by sacrifising his. Lot of politicians are talking a lot for their votes. Only thing we have to remember is, raju is not a politician. He is from real farmer family not a cheat. please everyone support raju.

I just have seen the update and am shocked to see that his bail plea hearing has been postponed till 16th Jan … this is unbelievable!!!! What are we all waiting for and what are everyone hinting this episode towards. He is no criminal…just a simple man with brains. Why is the system beng aloof towards him. He has done no harm… are everyone investigating forgetting the essence of investigation or are we being led to believe there’s more to it…I see no reason for the bail plea pending…please save him and his assoiates…why can’t all the employees / satyamites go to get him released..WAKE UP YOUR LEADER SATYAMITES…HE HAS BEEN FAIR TO ALL

  32. Shrinivas on January 13, 2009 at 12:42 am

I am ex employee of Satyam. Everyone knows Satyam is a good company “BRAND NAME” that always shines. Though I do not have direct interaction with Shri Ramalinga Raju is the only person I know who have launched many social services with his own money.

    1. He declared Rs 1 lakh fixed deposit to any girl born in Andhrapradesh with surname Byrraju
    2. IERI
    3. Gram IT
    4. Byyraju Foundation

Everyone wants to earn money. You guys know that many rich people earn money by crushing poor people on their way but Mr Raju is totally different.

Many Satyamites made Lakhs of money from Satyam ESOP.

Mr Ramalinga Raju given a prosperous life to many people and all Satyamites (including me).

Finally I wish and pray Lord Venkateswara Swami that he should come out of this mess and wish Govt give a clean chit to him.

SATYAM – The pride of India

he is anyday better than those bureaucrats & politicians whose cost to country must be calculated. although ram linga raju does not fit into the scheme of people with high integrity and with grit to provide equal treatment of employees without considering caste, regional backgrounds etc….but definitely he is any day better than the hopeless IAS officers with no maturity & only self -interest.

As an ex-employee of satyam, and having had the golden oppurtunity in life to work with such a great persona, i feel totally sadenned to see the news, me and our family members feel that someone from our own family is being prosecuted and facing charges.
Dear Rajugaru – we are there to support you, it takes a lot of courage to openly confess on the mistakes committed, whilst its true that there might have been jacking up of accounts and other things most of the allegations are a hype by the media,as the reports are yet to be out and hes still not an accussed. We all should wish and pray for his safe returning back.
Sir,We are not able to celebrate festivals, not able to eat and sleep properly but only following the news to monitor your progress and wellbeing. As an ex-employee of the great company am even prepared to contribute a portion of my salary as a part of the bailout package.
He will still remain as a leader, and hes is a proven leader, you have not misused the money, but only have tried to bringup the company and keep giving bread for thousands of families.
We stand with you at this crucial hour and we pray for your safe return.

  36. Shri on January 13, 2009 at 8:46 pm

Money is not real. It is an Imaginary element. It is like a Life. You cant see but can be felt. It is a life blood. If the blood is not circulated the system will collapse. To make sure the life blood is circulated i.e. the system is alive one has to put lots of effort. As I said imagine if your money is just reside in your pocket. It will not change its property & it will not grow. The money will loose its value. There is a saying “ships are not built to stand saftly in the Harbour, they should go in to the Ocean”. Like that money has to circulate then only the world will change.
Civilization will happen. Infrastructure will improve living condition will improve.

To circulate the money needs systems. To maintain the systems running needs people with vision & great leadership. The person like Raju is one of them. Took that leadership with great dream. Spent his entire life changing the world for betterment of crores of people. Even though some people have lost money, it is not gone anyware. It is all there in the market with someone else. We need to appreciate his effort. There will be some instances in the history even though there were some mistakes are done with a good intentions, It will pay back.
No business man in the world is genuine 100%. Everybody know that as a fact.

    Hi Guys,

we always look into the negative side of person not on the positive side. Think of the person like Raju a farmer son contributed to nation. I am not a satyam employee. still i support this intelligent man. The Politicians will eat the country like anything and are freely moving outside…we have to use for contribution to the country development. keeping him jail is like we are killing a brand ambassador of our country..common guys make the groups and arrange the rallies on raju release.. raise the voice. we will go to meet Prime Minister on behalf of RAJU then only we will succeed….I am Dam sure INDIA will support Raju and forgive his mistake..let him build another satyam…..i am always ready to support Raju not for his mistake…for the contribution to the country…we don’t what went wrong…but the Raju took the responsibility and went to Jail… we have to do at least one good work in a life..i think supporting raju morally and raising our voice will help him come out and serve the country again….

  43. hemant on December 26, 2009 at 2:01 am

i too agree that what ever be the case he should be forgiven, cause all that good work he did, specially creating an employment for 50k or even 40,000 is not simple, and he has helped the country solving unemployment, and what has the country given him. well when so many rotten politicians make so many scams and still roam freely. he was a visionary, and mistakes do happen, I dont know who is going to listen to our thoughts, this is just a forum, think how to make it work buddies. thats important, enough of drawing room politics. lets think to make our ideas work. jai hind
