Now that I read this, an interesting thought comes to mind.
Since talent will become cheaper, won’t the Indian IT sector re-gain it’s cost advantage, which, for the past year or so had risen significantly.
The silver lining(if there is any) in this whole fiasco, is that if the industry is able to absorb this newly created talent pool and leverage it lower it’s cost, any dreams China or any other country has for catching up with the Indian IT industry, will be shattered.
