There are thousands of really really smart folks coming out of colleges every year and there are atleast hundreds of them who don&#039;t have enough marks to make it to infosys/tcs.

So if you are a zensar trying to recruit a 1000 people, life is hard. If you are a startup, you just need 20, and the talent pool is really quite huge.</description>
