There are thousands of really really smart folks coming out of colleges every year and there are atleast hundreds of them who don't have enough marks to make it to infosys/tcs. So if you are a zensar trying to recruit a 1000 people, life is hard. If you are a startup, you just need 20, and the talent pool is really quite huge. It actually depends on the way you look at it.

Most of the engineering college students follow <b>"rote learning"</b> so as to get top paying job. They dont learn and code by passion. Indian Scenario: Become S/w engg, Get high pay job, marry smart good looking girl, get loan of 30lk and procure land, and blah balh all becuase to get respect from the ppl[who too follow the same]. So all these ppl are in the loop following same parameter Every body following same parameter. I think indian aspiring entrepreneurs will change that.
