They need to make their website accessible for the otherwise normal people and then think of making it accessible for disabled. I design and develop websites, i have a government client after one year when the domain renewal was due, i sent reminder after reminder and no response was the result. Site gone expired and when i personally sent some one to visit the officials and discuss the matter, they asked to sen email. When we told them we sent several emails they says, they are using a different email now. Long story short, when they can't take care of their domain.. making a nice accessible website is far from being true. Very well Said.
