Spam Origin: India stands at 3rd Position [Worldwide]
Till few months back, India was the least spammy among BRIC countries and now, we are world’s #3!
As per the data released by Symantec, US is number 1 followed by Brazil and then, India.
Some of the highlights:
- Russian bride spam helps fills the void left after Valentine’s Day spam
- President Obama continue to make spammer headlines in February 2009, and
- The United States, Brazil, and India continuing to retain their positions as the top regions of origin for spam, with Romania and Poland having the dubious honor of joining this club
