One party that already has taken a serious step in this direction is Lok Satta – http://www.loksatta.org
Their 50 point agenda already creates a vision similar to the one mentioned in this article; and more than just a vision, it also outlines a strategy to achieve the same.
Hopefully they should expand into more regions / more such parties should unite under one banner..
