The Department of Telecom and the Ministry of Defence have finally signed the memorandum of understanding for vacating spectrum after both sides softened their stance on the various demands put up by the armed forces.

    I fail to understand how Indian Software Exports can go down to $1m. I am sure the salaries of Software professionals in a single locality in Bangalore would exceed that amount. And I can very well imagine, small Indian web shops earning more than $1m just through Elance and RentACoder!

    What’s the catch?
