StarTV and Nautanki.tv have partnered to enable viewers to watch Star TV’s programme online – on Nautanki’s site (and widgets).

The partnership kicked-off with Channel V’s ‘Get Gorgeous’ show – which reportedly delivered on an average 1.5 million video views a day!
It’s a rev share agreement wherein Star TV’s sales team will manage the ad sales for the content hosted on the Nautanki.tv platform.
Around 6000 widgets of Nautanki are placed across Nautanki’s publisher network – a partnership like this is a great example of media covergence (and monetization).
Given the current state of broadband speed, how feasible are such partnerships? I mean, how much of patience do you have to see the streaming videos?
