They are worst in all the sense. 1. Technical Team - Their product team he headed by Mohit Mathure who doesn’t know T of technology. Poor guy do not know even difference of linux/windows. Do not know what backup means. completly dumb guy 2. Customer support - They do not have any one who understand meaning of "Customer support" their VP Mr. Sudharshan himself do not remember what he talked few hours back and there is no system with them which track your communication After expericeing with mera mail i switched onto Bookmymail.com thier service is too good compared to mera mail and rediff pro i would suggest everyone to use bookmymail than going to other service providers they also give the service business email with google apps integrated. I wanted to put my experience with indiatimes hosting group. They are worst in all the sense.
