Not me, but Businessweek says so.
In partnership with YouNoodle, a company that claims to predict startup success, BW has shortlisted 50 global tech startups (started in 2005 and later) flying under the radar.
Indian companies, part of the ‘esteemed’ list are ibibo and Komli. The good news is that ibibo and Komli have a ranking of 77 and 83 respectively and have even beaten startups like Xobni, Kosmix and Admob! (if your score is 90+, you could be an IPO candidate!)
Way to go BW for the well researched list!.
Well, atleast for the BS (bull..)!
See the entire list

It is hard to buy..
Hmm.its vague to say “The score is based on a sophisticated algorithm using information from thousands of online sources: traffic, level of mainstream media coverage, funding, blogosphere activity, and other key factors.”(Extract from article)
But they certainly didnt say its “Next Google”.That part is very misleading

Thanks Ashish. I missed that link on list.
Agreed thats a wierd assessment
i dont think so
ibibo get traffic from paid sources
ibibo and google are for different prospect and comparing them is not so wise
wtf…
I don’t know whether BW is dumb or IBIBO & Komli are smart in PR.
Both Google and Ibibo go their respective ways. I do not see any collision anywhere.
But, Ibibo has certainly crashed in through the graphs.
Given a few considerations to its members it can certainly carve a niche for itself. I’ve been a member at Ibibo since long. I wish it well.
