Well, Google FriendConnect is live and we have enabled the same for pluGGd.in as well.

Google Friend Connect is quite a simple-yet-powerful utility and is quite easy to install.
All you need to do is upload two files on your webserver, generated javascript code and you are done!
One can add member gadgets as well as social gadgets (wall gadget, Review/Rating, OpenSocial etc) to one’s site.
Essentially, Google is creating a social graph using it’s network (and not relying on any socialnetwork per se) – smart way to combat Facebook (which launched FacebookConnect few days back!)
Coming back to the topic, are we friends?
It would be super-cool if we can have a ‘chat’ app which can be integrated with Friend Connect…

Greetings!
My co. IT asst. in process for AY-06-07. We took an advance from our sister concern where directors are common and their shareholding is more than 20% in the company. The advance is against the Purchase Order for supply of material which is subsequently billed in the very next year. All the documents have been submitted with the assessing officer.
Now the problem is the assessing officer is treating this as a loan from the other company with the directors are common and putting deemed dividend tax under section 2(22)(e).
Need your help as this is purely a business advance and deemed dividend should not be applicable on this.
Do you have any case law against this, if so the same can presented as a support to this assessment.
Looking forward for your suggestions.
