NVP India has invested $15mn in OnMobile for a stake of less than 5% in Bangalore based VAS firm.
OnMobile’s revenue in Q3 was Rs. 115 crores and market capitalization had slumped to Rs1,339.52 crore yesterday( from Rs2,996.23 crore when it listed on Indian stock exchanges on 19 February 2008) – source.
Earlier, OnMobile acquired France based speech recognition provider Telisma and is also launching OnMobile Developer Network.

So I guess it valued the company at 395 mn * .1 * 50 = 1,975 Cr. Is my math right?
(Assuming it took a 4% stake). So valuation is way above the current market level.
