Funding Roundup: NEA raises 1 Bn $ Fund, BlueRun $240mn

NEA has raised $1bn for the latest fund – taking the total fund raised to $2.15Bn (via)

In India, NEA has invested in companies like Microqual, VIA, IDenizen. Minekey, InSilica, mGinger and Obopay.

BlueRun Ventures

BlueRun Ventures has raised its fourth fund of $240 million, falling short of the $300 million target.

The fund has shut down it’s Israel office and at the same time is hiring people for India and China market.
