working with snapdeal/timesdeal

    I'm a small business consultant. A client of mine is keen to work with Snapdeal/Timesdeal. However, neither of them seem to be interested in getting new business because they refuse to get back to my client despite inquiries via phone and email. Their system simply sends an automated response claiming a representative will be in touch in 24 hours but its weeks and there is no communication. Any suggestions on how to get them to work with us? And considering this kind of service from the very first interaction does anyone have any first hand feedback on what it has been like to work with them? Has it really helped your business/startup?

    Try mydala. Atleast they respond to vendor queries.
