Lot many Indian E-Commerce sites may have already been getting ready to be acquired by amazon. But I never knew amazon acquires you only if you have even site navigation copied.

Infibean is the clear winner copying almost everything including their logo....I would also say , this is the user experience which is adapted by most of the users...thats why people are using already adapted UX rather reinventing the wheel.

@sameer - seconded. Most UI will come out like that thanks to HTML. I don't really see any deliberate copying intent here.
