  • A clear understanding of the foodchain you're entering, including numbers addressed by individual players/aggregators etc, percentages and margins, and what you're changing and who you're impacting in what way. Thats the basis for your biz case, mostly.

  • Good compact checklist!

    Here's a question - when speaking of the problem statement, is it a technical problem statement or a problem on the business side that we are addressing? I'm asking this since as grandiose as the technical side tends to sound it usually evokes very little reaction giving the general impression that the statement has to convey a business benefit.
